Please read these rules carefully before booking

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from RideHard, the rider must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid original Two-Wheeler Driving License (Indian or International).
  • Provide a valid Government ID proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport).

2. Documents & Deposit

The original ID proof must be deposited with RideHard at the time of pickup. It will be returned safely upon the return of the vehicle. A refundable security deposit (₹1,000 - ₹3,000 depending on the bike model) must be paid before the trip starts.

3. Fuel Policy

Fuel is not included in the rental charges. We provide the vehicle with a reserve amount of fuel to reach the nearest petrol station. The user is responsible for filling fuel as per their requirement. No refund is provided for excess fuel left in the tank upon return.

4. Rental Duration & Late Fee

A rental "day" is defined as 24 hours. A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed. Beyond this:

  • 1-3 hours delay: ₹100 per hour penalty.
  • Over 3 hours delay: Full day rental charge will apply.

5. Damages & Accidents

The user is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. In case of minor damages (scratches, dent, broken mirrors), the cost of repair will be deducted from the security deposit. In case of major accidents or total loss, the user is liable to pay for the repair costs and the downtime loss of the vehicle.

6. Prohibited Use

The vehicle must NOT be used for:

  • Racing, rallying, or stunts.
  • Towing or pushing other vehicles.
  • Transporting illegal substances or goods.
  • Commercial purposes (delivery services, bike taxi) without prior permission.
