Everything you need to know about payments and deposits

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all vehicles. The amount varies between ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 depending on the vehicle type. This is fully refunded upon safe return of the vehicle.

Is fuel included?

No, fuel is not included in the rental price. We provide the vehicle with a minimal amount of fuel to reach the nearest petrol pump. You must return the vehicle with the same fuel level.

What constitutes a "Day"?

A rental day is calculated as a 24-hour cycle from the time of pickup. For example, if you pick up at 10 AM, you must return by 10 AM the next day to avoid late charges.

What documents are needed?

You need a valid original Driving License and one original Government ID proof (Aadhar Card/Voter ID) which will be deposited with us during the rental period.
